July 28, 1972 An ABA expansion franchise is awarded to Dr. Leonard Bloom for $1 million
1975 Bloom sells 50% of the franchise and other properties for $1.7 million
June 1975 The franchise is purchased by Frank Goldberg who assumes its $2 million in debts
November 11, 1975 The franchise disbands after playing eleven regular season games and its players are dispersed to other ABA franchises in a special dispersal draft
