All-American at Toledo University (1964). Mid-American Conference scoring leader three years and once scored 35 points with a broken wrist. Played 1964-65 season with the NBA Philadelphia 76ers. One of the many players who may never have been given a chance for pro stardom without the advent of ABA. One of the ABA's all-time best gunners. Scored 30 or more points in 23 consecutive games while with the Denver Rockets in 1968-69. Member of ABA All-Star Team first four years of the league. Played in four ABA All-Star Games. In 1970-71, teamed with Mack Calvin to form the highest scoring backcourt combination in history of pro basketball.
